Education Services
Integ’s Education team will provide relevant training to your users.
A mixture of online and class room training is available, incorporating learning methods that are rich in interactive procedures and techniques to allow students to gain the skills necessary for you to reap a faster ROI. We believe that training your staff may afford your organisation increased productivity, simplified administration and/or cost reduction.
Integ believes that knowledge is the key to making the most of your chosen communication solution.
Administration training
The sessions will be over a number of days and can be either on a live system, via the Integ training module, or remotely via a web-based session. It is recommended that the training is completed during the weeks before cut over to minimise the gap between training and using the handsets / software. Integ Education will also supply a trainer for cutover support, post go- live. This will involve walking around the main offices and assisting your staff with their issues.
Contact Centre Agent training
These will be one-hour sessions with up to ten people in attendance. These will be programmed in advance with a schedule sent detailing times / dates. You will need to organise your staff to attend the requisite course(s).
Handset training
Handset user training will run for approximately 40 minutes. Sessions will be for a maximum of ten people and will cover handset features and functionality.
It is envisaged that Integ trainers will only run ‘live’ sessions at sites having more than 25 users.
Remote user training will be of 30 minutes duration. This will be conducted via a
Web-based training session, led by the trainer using a PowerPoint presentation. These sessions will be for up to 20 users.
A course questionnaire will be sent to you to advise of any additional requirements, which can then be programmed for training post go-live.
Update training
Available as you require, Update Training is normally conducted in twenty-minute sessions and will cover the updated facilities available on new software releases.
User and Administration Documentation
Current user guides will be delivered for the handsets / software. Full manuals will also be supplied for basic system administration should you require. Ongoing updated documentation will be available once new versions of software are ordered from Integ.
